Can this be used in a work van/mobile working area?

It can be used if it is securely mounted to a panel inside a work van to hold the parts bins. It is advised, however, that this may not be the best method of storage as the vehicle moves and items in the bins may fall out and get lost

What material is the backplate/stand made of?

The panel is made from mild steel which makes it really lightweight and can be mounted on virtually any surface. The louvre panel is also epoxy coated to add additional corrosion resistance and make it more hardwearing, making it suitable for workshops, factories, and more

Are the storage bins included?

No, the bins are not included, however an example parts bins is RS item 760-4189

Can this panel be wall-mounted?

Yes, the panel is wall-mountable and has 6 pre-drilled fixing holes for easy mounting

Is the unit freestanding?

No, the unit is not freestanding, it needs to be securely mounted to a surface to ensure the storage containers are held securely
