TE Connectivity FASTON 250 Crimp Flag Receptacles
FASTON 250 series quick connect crimp flag receptacle terminals that offer speed of application and uniform reliability. Experience over widespread segments of industry has proved this crimp to be the most effective way of assuring stable electrical and mechanical performance. Flag receptacles have a right angle connection to the tab terminals making them ideal for use in applications where space is an important factor. Each FASTON terminal has precisely controlled crimping specifications which allow all connections to perform as specified. To achieve the optimum combination of mechanical strength and electrical conductivity use match-mated application crimp tooling which can be purchased separately. The "F" style crimp terminations offer precise tensile strength and conductivity that lasts the life of the circuit. This method of termination also offers maximum resistance to vibration and corrosion.
Features and Benefits
Space saving flag design
Quick application to conductor with use of correct tooling
Precisely controlled crimping specifications for uniform reliability
Stable electrical and mechanical performance
Precise tensile strength and conductivity
Maximum resistance to vibration and corrosion
Applications
These FASTON 250 crimp flag receptacles are commonly used in the appliance and automotive industry. Other applications include computer and peripheral equipment, industrial controllers, test equipment and telecommunications equipment.
