XCSB Safety Interlock Switch.

The Schneider XCSB series is an industrial safety interlock switch with manual locking and unlocking of the actuator via a pushbutton. The XCSB offers protection of operators by stopping the machine when the actuator (attached to the machine guard) is withdrawn from the head of the safety switch. It has a red metal housing with a key operated turret head and one tapped M20x1.5 cable entry.

  • 3 safety contacts, slow-break, break before make

  • Manual unlocking via pushbutton

  • Metal body

  • Drive head can be moved 90° in each direction

  • 8 possibilities for inserting the actuating key

  • 20 N minimum force for positive opening

  • IP67 protection in accordance with EN/IEC 60529 and EN/IEC 60947-5-1

  • 4 different actuator keys available, please order separately
