SMD Ferrite Design Kits - WE-CBF Series
From Wurth Elektronic, these WE-CBF series Ferrite Design Kits contain special SMD chip bead ferrites that can be put directly on to a printed circuit board. WE-CBF kits offer ferrites with excellent anti-EMI properties and low DC-resistance. Placed very close next to the interference source even with smallest size 0402, maximal impedance at 1000 Ω can be reached. Recommended for reflow soldering, the WE-CBF ferrites are perfect for data line filtering and for uncoupling of distribution voltage.

Applications for the WE-CBF SMD Ferrite Design Kits include:-
High Speed: High Speed SMD ferrites WE-CBF have lower impedance in the lower frequency ranges thus they have only low attenuation for fast signals. e.g. USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, LVDS.
Wide Band: "Wide Band" SMD ferrites WE-CBF already show high impedance in low frequency range. Therefore they are wide band through the whole spectrum. e.g. control signals, RS232, RS422, DC/DC converter.
High Current: "High Current" SMD ferrites WE-CBF are designed for high current (over 1A). The rated current refers to 40K self-heating.

The Wurth Elektronik Design Kit 742790 contains a full range of 0402, 0603 and 0805 WE-CBF SMD Ferrites for the use in voltage supplies and interfaces.
WE-CBF SMD Ferrite Design Kit - Large Size (7622102)
The Wurth Elektronik Design Kit 742791 contains a full range of 1206, 1210, 1806 and 1812 WE-CBF SMD Ferrites for the use in voltage supplies and interfaces. In addition the Design Kit contains WE-PBF Power Ferrite Beats, WE-CMS Common Mode Ferrite Beads, WE-SUKW SMD 6 hole ferrite beads.
