Product Details
The Xylem ENM-10 series float switch is a liquid level regulator with a liquid density between 0.95 and 1.10g/cm³. It is a mechanical switch in a plastic casing, freely suspended at the desired height from its cable. As soon as the liquid level reaches the regulator, the casing tilts leading to the breaking of the circuit or closing of the mechanical switch. This action results in starting or stopping a pump or actuating an alarm device. The regulator casing is made of polypropylene and the cable is sheathed with a special PVC or nitrile/ PVC rubber compound. Instead of using an adhesive, the plastic components are welded and screwed together. Also, the impurities and deposits do not adhere to the smooth casing.
