Avago ASMT-QxBC-N Series LEDs

The ASMT-QxBC-N series, from Avago Technologies, are Super 0.5W power LED indicators. They come in the standard PLCC-4 SMT package and use InGaN chip technology. The ASMT-QxBC-N LED's package design makes it suitable to be driven at high current. The ASMT-QxBC-N series dissipate heat more efficiently than the previous Power PLCC-4 SMT LEDs. They also product a higher light output with a better flux performance.
ASMT-QxBC-N mid-power LEDs offer high reliability, better performance and can operate under a variety of environmental conditions.
Their performance characteristics make them suitable for harsh conditions, for example automotive applications. Other suitable applications for the ASMT-QxBC-N LEDs include; interior automotive, exterior automotive, electronic signs/signals, office automation, home appliances and industrial equipment.

- ASMT-QYBC-N (warm white)
- ASMT-QWBC-N (cool white)
- PLCC-4 package: 3.2 x 2.8 x 1.9 mm
