Hirose U.FL Series Ultra Small Coaxial Cable Assemblies

U.FL cable assemblies consisting of a coaxial cable terminated with an ultra small, lightweight U.FL plug. These U.FL plugs have a high frequency performance from DC to 6 GHz with a V.S.W.R of 1.3 to 1.5 max. This performance enables them to meet the frequency requirements of a wide range of miniature devices. The plugs are terminated with ultra fine coaxial cable with a 0.81 mm diameter for a secure and stable connection. A tactile click is produced when fully mated with the U.FL series receptacle connector confirming a complete electrical and mechanical connection. Heights of 1.9 mm, 2.3 mm and 2.4 mm can be achieved when mated. These U.FL cable assemblies are available as single ended or double ended and have various U.FL plug and cable sizes

Features and Benefits

• Supports high frequencies of up to 6 GHz
• Terminated with ultra fine coaxial cable for secure and stable connection
• Tactile click for mating assurance
• Range of mated heights can be achieved
• Available as single and double ended cable assemblies
• Wide range of cable lengths and plug sizes

Product Application Information

These U.FL series ultra small coaxial cable assemblies are suitable for use in applications that require high frequency transmission using a small coaxial connector. Applications include wire communications devices, electronic measuring instruments, GPS, wireless LAN and Bluetooth
